Domestic (US) Shipping Policy
We aim to pick, pack and ship your order within 3 business days. Please note that package transit times are estimates and do not include order processing time.
- Free Economy Shipping (DHL eCommerce): Takes 5-8 business days in transit on average. DHL will transfer your package to USPS for final delivery.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Typically takes 3-5 business days in transit.
- FedEx Home Delivery: Averages 3-5 business days in transit.
- FedEx 2-Day: Averages 2 business days in transit (excluding Saturdays). Your order will be packed out and handed to FedEx the day after you place it. The 2-day shipping transit timeline starts the day after that, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. For example: if you place an order on Tuesday, it will be packed and handed to FedEx on Wednesday, with an expected delivery day of Friday.

International Shipping Policy

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
To streamline the customs process, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all international orders. This means duties and taxes are collected at checkout, preventing customs delays and unexpected fees upon delivery. Please note that duties and taxes vary by country and product.
Delivery Timeframe
International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days after fulfillment. Your estimated delivery date will be available on your tracking page once your order has been processed.
