Shipping & Returns


All pre-orders have been fulfilled except for orders containing a Mercury Kit or Stand. Expected ship date on those orders remains late in the week of October 26th. Send us an email at if you have any questions on the status of your order.


Shipping International (non-US) Orders

VAT, GST, or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer two worldwide shipping options through the US Post Office, and via DHL or FedEx. When orders are shipped out using USPS, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If the recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages (ex. UAE), the recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.

Standard international USPS Shipping will typically take about 21 business days to deliver the package but can take up to 30-45 business days in some cases. Economy Shipping does not always include real-time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.

Expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx can take anywhere from 6-10 business days for delivery, but can sometimes take up to 14 business days in some cases. Express Shipping includes up to date tracking information. Additional customs processing fees may be applicable.

These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Domestic (US) Orders

We ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. Transit to U.S. addresses typically takes 3-5 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout (or we're in the middle of a pandemic).

Expedited transit is available at checkout via FedEx 2-day service.


If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your razor, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less discounts) within 30 days of your purchase, together with any sales taxes you paid when purchasing from Leaf Shave.

Before you return your items, you will need to notify us of your intent to return any such items and you will receive an authorization with return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your Leaf Shave product to us, and your returned items must be received within 10 business days of return authorization approval.
