Terms
The following are summarized terms for informational purposes. Always reference our Terms of Use for the full, accurate and up-to-date terms of our Limited Warranty coverage.
1-Year Out-of-Box Limited Warranty
What's Covered
Leaf Shave warrants that your razor's primary functional systems (including: screws, springs, latches, and magnets) are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
At our sole discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the product after verifying warranty eligibility and after confirming the issue. If a product, finish (color), or version is unavailable, we may replace it with a product of equal or greater retail value, or supply a store credit in the amount of the original product price paid (less discounts).
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost, stolen, or disposed razors
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, chips, finish discoloration)
- Damage from accident, abuse, neglect, improrper use, storage, or care
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use that's incompatible with the product's intended design
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers (e.g. private resellers, Facebook Marketplace, eBay etc.)
- Consumables and accessories (e.g., blades, shave bars or oils, stands, cases etc.) or any non-razor services
Who's Covered
- The original purchaser who bought from Leaf Shave or an authorized retailer.
- Warranty is not transferable and does not apply to commercial use.
- A Leaf Shave order number, or a copy of the receipt from Leaf Shave (or an authorized retailer) is required to determine warranty applicability.
Shipping & Costs
- For approved claims within the 1-year period, Leaf covers reasonable U.S. shipping for repair/replacement at our discretion.
- International Customers: duties/taxes are your responsibility; we may request the product be returned before repair or replacement, and the postage will be your responsibility.
How To Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please gather the following information and email it to support@leafshave.com.
☑ Your original Leaf Shave order number (if you purchased from an authorized stocking partner instead, please come with your receipt / proof of purchase)
☑ A picture of the front and back of your razor, and any additional images showing the issue
☑ A description of the issue
☑ Your current shipping address
Our Customer Experience team will review your note and respond within 3 business days with any follow up questions, or to confirm acceptance with next steps for your warranty claim.
