HOW TO LATHER
1️⃣ Press Your Shave Bar – Firmly press your shave bar into the bowl’s recessed base. It stays put until you’re ready to swap. The soft-silicone bottom can be pressed from the underside to pop out your soap at any time.
2️⃣ Add Water – Use the cavity on the base on your brush to add two measures of water into the bowl.
3️⃣ Whip Up Lather – Swirl your brush swiftly and firmly in the bowl for about 90 seconds to build a thick, creamy lather.
4️⃣ Apply & Shave – Spread the lather evenly on your skin—pressing and swirling with your brush. Enjoy a smoother, more comfortable shave.

How much water should I use to lather?

Will the brush bristles hold up over time?
Yes! Our custom knot features synthetic, animal-free bristles that are designed for durable, long-term use. It is normal for the brush to shed a bristle here or there especially out of box, or if you're hard on the brush when whipping lather.
How long does the bar last?
Everyone uses different amounts of lather, especially depending on where they're shaving. Our testers averaged 20+ shaves on a 1.5 oz bar (each Leaf Shave Bar pack contains two 1.5 oz bars).
