Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Leaf products. If something isn't the right fit, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Some products, like Final Sale items, aren't eligible for return. Check the product page for details.

How to start a return

Email our Customer Care team at support@leafshave.com and we'll walk you through it. Please wait for your return authorization before sending anything back. Once your return is authorized, ship it back to us within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund. Your refund covers the purchase price of the eligible returned items, less any discounts applied, plus applicable sales tax.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to show up on your account.
