Warranty Claim

To use your warranty, you must be the original purchaser of your Leaf Shave razor. If you purchased directly from Leaf Shave, we will need your order number to verify, if you purchased from a 3rd party wholesale partner, we will need to see your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that general wear and tear, loss, dog chewing, products that have been neglected, or theft are not covered by our warranty. 

Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to structural imperfections in the metal sustained before initial use, stripped screws, broken springs, loose magnets, and broken pivoting mechanisms.

Please note that the sender email will be hello@leafshave.com, please add this email address to your safe inbox list so that it doesn't end up in your spam folder. We will evaluate your warranty claim and provide next steps which may be a request for further information, or a return label for repair of your product.
